Im wiring my amplifier right now, and im using the high level inputs. my question is, after I use the rear right and left speaker wires that go into the amp, (which is powering one alpine type r dvc sub) how am I going to send signal to my rear speakers if I dont want them amplified yet? I'd like all the amps power to go to the sub since it's very power hungry for a 12.

Honestly, I haven't done an amp install myself, but what I would think is, that you have splice the wires, so that you tap into them and give signal to your amp, but still plug in your rear speaker(s).

I am not 100% sure, but I have heard that it is better to only run the amp off of one side (left usually) because running them in stereo causes phase cancellation.

Are you asking where you are going to tap for your remote turn on wire? If so, I ran mine to the interior fuse panel. You can't get fuse taps for our fuses. They are low profile mini's. If that is not what you are asking, I have no Idea

If you are using the OEM Stereo there are no RCA's to the back of the Headunit. You must do it like this.
