Amp wiring Q's

I'm going to wire up an amp this weekend and I was wondering if anyone has had problems with the fuse box on the positive terminal. Looks like it should not get overloaded, but who knows. As well, if anyone has done thier wiring already, is there a good place in the fire wall to run the power wire? I'm going to run four gauge. My 05' four door was a ***** to pop a hole in. any available space was right by the brake fluid lines and power steering returns. We got it, finally. Any help would be great.
