Amp Location in Coupe?

I want to add a 4 channel amp to my '09 coupe. My first location choice is under one of the seats: has anybody fit one under there? If that doesn't work, it would have to go against the back side of the rear seat.

The amp is an Alpine MRP-F300 (10-11/16"W x 2-7/16"H x 9-9/16"D).

Yes, an amp should fit under the seats. There should be about 2 3/4 " of clearance under there. You might get some overheating issues if you push it too hard for too long, so watch for that.
