amp located in back sub compartment

I wanna place my amp in the floor sub compartment in my 2000 QX4 like I've seen in many QX4 systems, but I was wondering has anyones amp overheated in that location cause there won't be any air flow through there.

I recently put my amp in that location and i thought it would be pretty cold there regardless. i can put a pic up later but i really dont care about his amp and if it overheated its just an excuse to by a better one. but i honestly think that it should be fine.i put my power cap in the side storage compartment also
