amp help, which lead to use, g35c

hey all, i have a 06 g35 coupe, im going to add a stereo system, i have a bose factory stereo, ive heard that bose already has an amp running the speakers, now for the question: to run an amp for the subs can i just pig tail off the rear deck speakers with a LOC (line output connector) to the amp or will the factory bose amp screw that up??

Use the LOC off the rear speakers.

Run a new power wire.

When you've got your sub installed please start saving up for new speakers.
