So let me get this straight. You're breaking security policy in the frigging CAPITAL building, and YOU'RE pissed about being confronted for it, and for getting in trouble for PUNCHING the officer trying to (lawfully) detain you? But no, it's because she's a woman, and black. ARG.

Yes, the security guards who don't work everyday should recognize all 435 representatives.

progressiveness: Definatly not. Progressive generally means moving foreward and by her look and attitude all she's doing is pulling people back. I highly doubt the security guards are familiar with her specific political views.

Theres no way a security guard can recognize everyone. I assume they have some kinda badge they have to show or something. It cant be strictly based on recognition. On the other hand, how many black, women representatives or senators are there??

Remember when Condoleezza Rice was tackled by a secret service agent? Now that guy should have been hit.

what the ****. as a CONGRESSMAN/WOMAN you should know its YOUR JOB to WEAR your PIN when entering the building...just like its the cops 'job' to 'recognize' all 535 members. if i was trying to waltz through a government security checkpoint at one of the most important buildings in washington, with hair that looked like that, i would expect to get stopped too. some people are just too ****ing dense.

I was watching an NBA playoff game last year. danny glover was in attendance.

little did he know he was being filmed while stuffing his face with garlic fries... all that action, and the man can't take his eye off the fry.

I don't know why I found it so amusing, but this man was eating those friesso fast you'd think that he was dying and they were the antidote...
