alright ive been toying with this idea and with the connections i have i decided why not so i gathered alot of stuff together. i got a newer turbo out of a chrysler. i have a intercooler out of a awd turbo talon. and im working on getting a exhaust manifold fabricated. does anyone know of a site that sells a custom exhaust manifold for the ka24de fairly cheap? anyways i have access to all parts from a TT 300zx that is wrecked at my dads junkyard. so would i even need the injectors out of it since its a stock and relatively not a very powerfull turbo? and what would be a decent junkyard BOV? and would i need a new Fuel pressure regulator?also would all the "plumbing" out of a turbo talon or lebaron or shadow fit into my car? and my car is a '91 with 140,xxx miles what would i need to do to it to prepare it for the turbo?and what else would i need to put the turbo on my car? and one more question would an exhaust manifold off of another turboed 4 cylinder car perhaps work with my car? and i searched already and couldnt find the answers i need. thanks in advance for all of your help

Ok, I'll try to clear up all your questions. First off, your turbine is most likely to small for a 2.4 liter KA, It's also got a different exhaust housing mount, so your going to need to make sure your mani is made with the proper flange, if you decide to go with that turbine. None of the parts from the cars you listed will bolt up to your 240. It doesn't work that way. For a low amount of boost(7psi) your going to need a FMU and a new fuel pump at a minimum. If you increase the size of your injectors, your going to need some kind of fuel management, like a SAFC or JWT ECU. you can get a brand new Bosch BOV for 50 bucks.

No flames please...........................

it came off of a 2.5 daytona.and i kinda figured none of this would work the way i wanted to. so if i get a new fuel pump and an fmu and get a exhaust manifold with the right flanges. what else would i need?how would i hook everything together. like the bov and the intercooler and the rest of that jazz.. sorry if im frustrating all of you "turbo experts" i dont know very much about turboing a car and im just trying to learn.

yes, basically what i need to know is where do I get the oil lines and the piping for the turbo and how do I know which piping to get made? Also in your Faq's it talks about piggyback ecu's. since im only gonna be running 5-7 psi of boost tops would I need one of these are would an Fmu and a new fuel pump work fine? Sorry if im wasteing your time. And im probally gonne use a fairly decent sized intercooler out of a box truck that i found at the junkyard. Would this last very long or should I get a better one in the future?

fmu and fuel pump and intercooler should be fine for 5 psi.

But really, it sounds like you need to do some major research.
