To get where your claiming to be, you first need to get rid of those wheels.17x7 is a stock wheel size.
I think 16x6.5 is stock.

How come that doesn't matter?
Because it's cosmetic, not functional.

You know this - You've built enough cool stuff to know what improves performance and what's just for looks.

I love good fitment as much as anyone, but I LOL when I see body damage from failed fitment (buckled rear fenders, chewed-up front fender lips, etc).

The OP is clearly a rookie - Let's help him get his car functional and useful FIRST. He can get all tucked/flush/cambered afterwards.

Then again, what do I know? I'm running 285's on 10.5" rears... no stretch.

No you are not. I'm sorry.Your wheels sink in way too far. Good start tho. Throw some temporary paint on that bondo to make it look more normal lol.You have the same wheels as that guy who cut his wheel off to get the stripped lug out on VW forums lol..

Thanks for all the advice guys. Im trying to convince my friend to sell me his 18 inch rims, then i can swap 5 lug and make magic happen. Till then i need tune the rest of my car up before body work. Still alot to be done. A friend told me "if you get a 240sx, suspension before ANYTHING on the car." Well, i started it and now i must finish it. Yes i am a rookie, but you learn from your mistakes, do you not? :D

Did you see "stock 240sx size" anywhere in my post?

Look man, you don't necessarily need a 5 lug conversion for some decent fitting wheels. Look here: zer...hread

And the OP's wheels are Tenzo R Shu, in case anybody was wondering. 17x7+42. I used to have some back in the day... Traded them for a PS3... These were taken after a 30mm spacer install in the rear...

Yes i don not "need" 5 lug conversion, but the majority of the wheels i have seen that will look good with some nice camber are 5 lug. dont get me wrong, ive seen some really nice 4 lug wheels. There are more 5 lug that i like tho. We will see...

Don't thank him. He's being sarcastic...

What 5 lug wheels are you considering?
