Hot pipe, cold pipe, couplers, t-bolt clamps, new turbo elbow, downpipe, dump pipe (possibly routed back to the downpipe), intake piping to MAF sensor, new boost controller tap in hot pipe, BOV, BOV flange and recirc line/fitting.

Trust me, it is all the little stuff that nickels and dimes you to death.

all piping and couplers will be sorted out by my installer which is also making custom downpipe fmic pipes and the works.. I am running a MAP Sensory so how would that work out? And is it possible to use original Rb20 BOV vented instead of recirculating it?

stock bpv is not a good bov as it leaks under pressure for a quick release.

What ECU are you running?Because you can't run a MAP sensor with the stock ECU unless you have one of those HKS thingies (CAMP or FCon or whatever).

Yeah you can run the stock BOV vented to atmosphere until you get a bigger one.I dont know if the stock one will be able to flow enough to make sure you dont have compressor surge when you lift throttle.

Are you on IFX??

Recirculate it. It's not tough and will only cost another $50 tops with all the fittings and some sweet silicone hose. The cheap route with heater hose could cost as little as $15.

If you can wait a week, I'll post more pics up of my progress which will include a recirc line back into a silicone 90 coupler.

Yeah if you re-circ you supposed to get better throttle/boost response instead of wasting that boost.

Looks like you went with the real deal ebay special, besides the turbo and wastegate.

I would take the manifold to a shop and have the flanges resurfaced just to make sure you don't have any trouble after installation.

Anyone have any experience with that intake manifold.... any comments on quality? Worth the money? I am an engineer for a company that has a full machine shop so i was wondering if that manifold was worth the money if i machine the flanges or if I'm better off just spending the time and money to make my own intake manifold. I have access to a solid modeling problem that will flow test parts so I am shure i could come up with a pretty amazing manifold.
