Am I missing anything?

OK so i have been reading and think i have a good kit put together...I am looking for only about 225-240 hp about 7 psi. (just enough to keep up with some v6's). Now i want to keep this similar to the stock sr setup for stealth reasons... where I live no one says anything about thier mods and lets the element of suprise add a little spice to the races. So I have a list and was wondering what i am missing so i dont tear apart my car and end up having a year of down time or anything.

New gasket set (head, sparkplug, valvecover)Sr20 stock injectorssr20 stock smic with hot and cold pipest25 also from sr20 SAfc (will this do the trick?)ebay down pipevacume lines and oil lines for the turboSSac turbo mani re-welded just in case (this should be alright for what i want right?)GReddy type s BOV (I want to reroute this to the intake but how do i do it? a simple hose?)as far as the exhaust goes i can get a 3" for close to free,and i will once i have the turbo on

This is all on a Ka24de, just so thats know. Another thing, should i get a metal head gasket? if so what size thickness?
