I would add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to that list.

Have you thought about checking the exhaust manifold gaskets? The Rb's are pretty likely to snap the studs. You could get yourself a new set along with a new exhaust manifold gasket. Hit up Goofynick for a copper gasket.

The thermostat is the same as a Z32 NA.. their cheap, unless you want the upgrade to the Nismo one that opens at a lower temp.

How about a manual boost controller? I think you can get them really cheap on ebay or make your own.

That's a pretty impresive swap list. Can't wait to see the results!

Tensionor, Idle pully. Make sure the motor is in good shape. Might as well change the headgasket too with a metal one since the motor isn't in the car.

make sure to get a nissan oem z32 TWINTURBO thermostat, the na one is TOO HOT.looks like a pretty consice list of things to get while doing this swap, nice to see that some one is doing the swap right the first time off, and not just shoving it into the car.if you can afford to get a new gt-r water and oil pump, superior to the rb20's in every way.

I want to do it right the first time and not have to fix **** all the time (I would have bought a DSM if I wanted to do that). Do the gtr pumps bolt right up?

I've been told yes... but never done it myself.

Speaking of not wanting things to break... replace all of the rubber hoses you can find replacements for... you'll thank yourself later.

If you can't find replacements for the rubber coolant hoses for a reasonable price, are there alternatives out there as far as materials and durability go?
