that baffle goes there in above pic, but what about this pic here.....there is a drilled and tapped hole, but I dont have anything in my bundle of parts to go here.

this is same place on block, but on the opposite side.

any help before tonight would be great, as Id like to get this oil pan on ASAP.

I figured the larger the better for these pics. The top pic, your looking at the crank girdle, and connecting rod cap....and that baffle my fingers pointing out.

second pic, you see the girdle, and block where oil pan mates up.

just figured id toss it out there.

IIRC, you're alright. It's been a while since I have seen the inside of the bottom end.

Since the screen is now 10,000,000 pixels wide, here's your question with formating....

Hey thanks bud, appreciate that, computers own me, what can I say.

Anybody else?? Just would rather know for sure before I have at it. FSM does not take note of these baffles.

Like Float said, you're alright! You won't blow-up your motor just because you forgot to replace the proton's oil cooler pumping mechanism that couples the auxillary rings and piston skirts that keeps the crank girdle and the oil coolers nice and cool while the CA18's titanium cylinder walls expand to allow the blow-by to puke-up and out of your breather unit to further enhance the weight reduction windage from your lump LOL J/k.........It's fine.
