Am I looking for a needle in a haystack?

Am I engaging in a futile search in trying to find a black on black 2000-01 Infiniti I30t with navigation? All the I30s in my area seem to have neither the touring package nor the nav, and they're all beige or white with beige interiors. I know the nav is somewhat out of date, but I can't imagine there have been so many changes to the roads that it's useless.

EDIT: did some research and apparently there is a version of the navigation CD set current as of late 2003, which is relatively recently...though I would have concerns in Boston with the Big Dig rearranging everything.

There were at least 2 other black on black ones, but didn't specify whether they had the nav.

That's pretty much the exact car I'm looking for. Good price too considering the miles. I actually go to school in Virginia so I may have to check that car out on my way down there from Boston next week. Thanks for posting that.
