Am i gonna be able to run this or is there going to be any clearance issues?

I am going to be running some kosei k1 wheels that are 16x7.5 with a +32 offset... I dont like that offset so i bought 2 sets of H&R 20mm wheel spacers with studs (this will make the wheels have a +12 Offset) and the studs are put in so i am going to be putting the spacers on along with the wheels soon. I have 205 50 16 Federal SS535 tires on the wheels right now and im wondering if this setup is going to clear my fenders or if im going to have to roll them or something? Also I was wondering what a good Wheel+Tire weight is performance wise. My tires along with the wheels weigh 37 Lbs Each.

you need to roll your fenders. They won't pass them, but they'll rub if you don't roll them.

Im just wondering if the +32 offset wheels would clear the coilovers without the spacers...
