Am I getting a good lease deal?

I am about to pull the trigger on a lease of an EX35 AWD Journey with Premium, Navigation, Technology, Splash Guards, Roof Rails and Cross Rails, Luxe Style Pkg., Cargo Protector (no wood). The MSRP is $45875. The cap cost is $41354. The lease is a 12,000 mi, 39 month lease w/ residual value of 49% and a money factor of .00001. This cap cost is $400 below invoice. Do you think they're giving me the best possible deal?

I originally didn't want the Technology package (or luxe for that matter) but my salesman mentioned some $1000 technology package incentive that I am unaware of and can get me this car for less than the same car w/o it. I just want to make sure he's not holding back on me. THANKS!

As usual, being Canadian, I can't help where US pricing is concerned - sorry. Unless you've already done so, you might want to have a look at this recent thread, and search the forum for others.

Thanks! I had checked that thread, but it is hard to find people's leases, and the deals change month to month, so its hard to know what's a good deal each month.I decided I had negotiated well enough and signed the papers for the car today! I plan on picking up my car on Tuesday, but we're supposed to get a giant Noreaster w/ up to 12" of snow, so we'll see how that goes.

What's your downpayment total (with cap reduction, registration, etc) ? What's your monthly payment for the 39 month lease (with taxes)?
