This. If you are a DIY'er and won't be paying someone labor, get the price down to around $5k and have at it. If you are someone who drops the car off at his neighborhood mechanic, this will cost you more than its worth later.
210K is a LOT of miles and there is a LOT of refreshing that needs to be done now or soon.
