I can say the SPL Aluminum Subframe Bushings will greatly increase your response and handling. However, if you install a KAAZ L.S.D. the sucka will be LOUD! I mean my friend's S14 with LSD barely makes any noise and there is not much feel from the plates. Mine on the other hand, S13, is two to three times louder and you can really feel the plates at low speed. Break in did lower the chatter, but if noise bothers you then skip the aluminum subframe bushings. Oh most of my suspension is changed except for the OEM control arms which use polyurethane bushings. This might also contribute to the noise. All in all though I love the feel of tight suspension. I would do it all over again.
