As the title states...

Is it possible to remove these? I just got a subframe from some douchebag and turns out its a HICAS subframe ( He told me it was non-hicas..Ya im an idiot I know) Anyways I put my bushings in and now dont even need the damn subframe....

Is there any way to remove these without wrecking them? Ill cut the subframe up thats not a problem, But I dont want to wreck the bushings...

Anyone ever done this before? Or have any suggestions??

I can't really tell without looking at it. A shop press is probably your best bet.

The bushings cant be pressed out, They over lap the subframe when pressed in. I think I may have figured it out, Thanks anyways!
