Aluminum Oxygen Sensor Signal Wire?

My Oxygen Sensor harness melted and I recently picked up a new harness. It's not the exact harness the only difference in the stock s14 ka o2 sensor uses an aluminum signal wire. The new harness I have is copper. Is there a reason aluminum is used. Can I use the copper?

im pretty sure copper has better conductivity than aluminum. *so yes it should be fine or better
