He didn't find it...he submitted it...he just submitted it in the form of words AND a picture. (Notice, there is not name paper/date in the photo...so it wouldn't have counted anyway.)

It would have counted as much as this would...



Now I am just adding to the confusion, aren't I, haha

EDIT: I just notice you always submitted like that also...c'mon man, haha, for running away with this competition I am going to have to give you a fail on this item! haha
