altima2002 heating problems

Altima-2002. When engine idle after starting it there is no heat, even the engine is hot. Heat starts after driving for awhile. Replaced thermostat, check the antifreeze level and bleed the air: lifter the front end of the car, open radiator cap and run engine for approx. ½ hour. Did not change the water valve yet (second “thermostat” on the other hose line).
