hey guys my friends 1999 altima sedan..their is problem with windows.windows can roll down but they won't roll back up. and since its summer now its really hard and we need to get this fixed.so we went to mechanic and he said it could be the Driver Window Master Switchso i looked around on internet and "no brand" aftermarket is about 50$ from amazon or ebay and the geniun nissan part is like 115$so my question is would buying a new master switch fix the problem?and would ebay/amazon master switch work good as the oem?thanks

Just get a OEM new or used switch because its ALWAY better than after market.

Are all the window not going up or just a certain one?

Do you know that the motors work (Can you hear the motor trying to raise the windows up. Or see a drop in battery voltage when you try to raise all the windows at once)?

ok i went to junkyard..and got the oem used switch and everything started working out...so the new switch fixed the problem!!thank u!
