Is it possible to VIP my car out? I own a 2004 nissan altima 2.5. I'm really leaning towards.

Welcome to the VIP forums!

I do want to point out some things to you before you get picked on in here. The Altima is not considered a VIP Platform. Now, this does not mean that you can not do VIP style. The cars pictured in that thread are mostly VIP Platforms, but not all of them. I just wanted to show you what style you are looking at.

So, with that being said, know that you might receive some criticism for what you plan to do, but are more than welcome to share with us what you decide to do. Please do not let this post or any other post here keep you from doing what you want to do. The VIP Forum will be a great tool to achieve the look you want.

Looks like you need to start with some bags, fender work, and different wheels. I would like to see you do this and go far with it. If you have any other questions feel free to ask (and make sure you have some thick skin ).

Sell it and buy a platform vehicle.

Kidding, Altima not really a luxurious looking vehicle but with the right setup you could pull it off. Start with your suspension and wheels and see where that takes you.

Thank you for your post. I was reading some of the other threads in this forum and I thought most of the VIP styled cars are on coil's and not on bags?

also yah I love that body kit that's what brought me here.

That's a clean setup. Of course I do not know the fitment options on the Altima, but depending on what look you're going for will detemine what wheel you go with. VIP platforms are RWD thus you can get aggressive wheel fitment with deep dishes. Now some prefer a flush/concave wheel which also looks great. All in the eye of the beholder.

Coils are the best imo for vip since you can ride slammed with less suspension travel than bags.

It does NOT mean vip in japanese, I don't know where you heard this bs but it isn't true. "bippu" was someones BAD pronounciation of vip which actually sounds like vee-eye-pee or whip. I don't want to get into who started saying "bippu" because they aren't on this forum, but they were terribly wrong and they have admitted it, so please for the love of God stop typing it or saying it, matter of fact remove it from your brain.
