altima V6 3.5 CVT coupe enigne idle noise

Hi. I noticed since almost new that when the car idles there is some noise from the engine. I have 30,000 miles in 14 months of use but I have always used synthetic oil and 5w-30 wich is the recommended viscosity. The nose does go away as I accelerate or when I first start it in the morning. It goes on at very low revs like 600-800 RPMs. My warranty expires in 5,000 miles so I better take it to the dealer in case is something serious. But first I want to be sure that is a manufactureres problem and not me. I don't race the engine and change the mobil 1 synthetic. Every 5,000 miles since new.
