Altima Top Speed?? anybody knows the answer??

anybody knows the top speed of the 07 4dr altima 2.5 L without any modifications???? is there a speed limiter on the car?? i tried checking the top speed today and it goes up to 115 mph and then the whole car starts shaking???anybody knows the reason for the shaking?? i wanna know if its just mycar or they are all the same

I don't know the top speed of the car dude. All I can say is to be safe while you're doing that speed and I hope you're not doing it with the stock tires because they are not rated for that speed.

lol ya they are! the stock limiter is because of the speed the stock tires can take.... stock 2.5s has the top speed of 110 or 115 MPH (i forgot which one) but with the limiter taken off the 2.5s CVT will go to 145 MPH..... the 3.5se CVT with the factory limiter is 135 MPH and the stick shift is i believe 145 MPH.... if you take off the limiter and decide to go faster then what they were limited to, then you need some new and better tires

Driving at that speed on public roads can end you up in jail.

If your insurance company finds out you may not ever be able to afford insurance.

You may not need it if your license gets revoked for 10 years or more.

The 2.5 has a speed limiter of 115, as the stock tires are H rated and only safe for speeds under 113 MPH. The 3.5 is rated at 145 because of the V rated tires.
