I'm providing a link to a site that had Nissan Factory Service manuals in .pdf format. However, I cannot find the specific "official" answer to the question regarding the maximum number of remote key fobs that can be programmed to the 2013-21-6 Altima.

Can anyone point me to an "official" declaration regarding the maximum number of key fobs that can be programmed to a single vehicle?

Can't find a relevant link at the moment, but I used to sell Nissan's a few years back. IIRC the limit on programmable key fobs is four (4). The information is in a sales training module on the Nissan intelligent key system, but that's not available to the public. Call your local dealership, they can confirm the maximum number of key fobs that can be programmed.
