OK, so I'm driving to work in Long Beach, NY and I see a Black Altima, Chrome Rims, and what looks to be a convertible top? I almost crashed in disbelief! LBC, have you seen it? a girl was driving it.

i was just about to say the same thing of the maxima convertible! lolbut about the altima convertible the only picture i see is on google images (altima coupe convertible)

it is probably one of those cloth/leather tops that the grand marquis, crown victoria, town car, and some cadillacs come with. it's just an add on, not a convertible

There's some dork in the southeast (ATL?) with a white 1st-gen Alty sedan with the top lopped off.

It's a hack-job mess, and the owner thinks he's Chip Foose.

We dubbed it the Sawzaltima.

thats exactly what it is, that guy lives in my town its not a convertible though

I've seen those before, it's a region specific version for the Southeast I think (FL). Some old folks still think the suede look is haute.

Finally saw that car on the road today when I was stopped at a red light! Caught a pic of it, it def was not convertible but was that top everyone mentioned....still fugly :nono: Image
