I have a set of 2007 Altima SE-R wheels. I've test fitted them, but it looks like they will rub against my shocks(stock); and I do not know if they will clear on my S14.

Pretty sure the FWD offsets are going to have these sitting too far in on any RWD car.

To know for sure and by how much, we'll need to know the size & offset of the wheels (stamped on back) and the tires you plan to run.

Gotta know the offset. That tells you where the wheel sits relative to the hub. I'm guessing those wheels are at least +40...

The wheels are 18x8 with the offset of 45. Mounting 225/35/18 or 225/40/18 on it.What kind of spacers will work? Do I need extended studs also?

I'd say you'd need 15mm at the least.

Check a few of the fitment threads.

And yes you pretty much need extended studs for anything over a 5-7mm spacer. Unless the spacers are "bolt-on", which is probably what you want in the 20mm and up range.

Yes, the wheels are 18x8 with a +45 offset. I would have to agree with Rex and say that 15mm would look good. Anything less and you'll look sunken in.
