Altima S14 95' Cam Swap

so i got some cams today from the junkyard and i want to install them into my s14. From everything i have read to do a 248/232 swap you just swap the altima exhaust cam (248) for the s14 intake cam (232). I read a little about maybe having to rotate the cam 4 teeth cc but i didn't understand. Also when he gave me the cams he said "this one was from the front and this one from the back". Are the exhaust cams in the fornt or back in the altimas? One more thing, what other options can i use the 240intake cam for and would i have to rotate or time anything? Thanks!

just get an s13 cam from the exhaust side. its gauranteed 248 duration. its not that hard to put in. it took my like an hour.
