Altima's Brakes for my s14????

:help once again i cant find parts for my s14 or they are very expensive here in Mexico. I need to replace my brake rotors (about $150 USD for each of the stock ones). do you know if i can use the Altima's or Maxima´s for my car (those cars are more common here and it´s easier to get parts). do i have to change the calipers or brackets?. the z32 conversion has the same problem that my car, 300zx is not a common car here. thanks, i hope you can help me.
