Altima Rotors, Q45 Calipers

I've searched and searched.

I have the q45 rotors and I can get them drilled for free but not any time soon. I'd rather just pay the extra $ to get altima rotors and drill the q45 ones at my luxury.

Found post of people who say you can do it, found people publishing techinical specs who say you can't do it.

Both have never actually done it/tried.

I want to know if anyone is currently running this setup, or if anyone ran this setup.

I don't want speculation. Please. I'm begging you.
