hey guys so im gonna rebuild my kae here pretty soon and figured i would put dohc pistons in there to up my compression. Few questions though, and i have already searched. these pistons are stock altima pistons and rings. will they fit directly into my kae block without any modifications or machine worK??

they may fit...but there are alot of considerations you should look into before doing sumpin like this..

#1.) do you have to clearence the valves?..( if it does..and you dont clearence them..you will smack them on a piston and blamo..your screwed.)#2.) do you have good gas in your area for the higher compretion set up?..and can you afford the gas for this set up?#3.) do you plan on a turbo set up later on?...if so..dont go this route.#4.) can you handle the anoying vibrations that your car will have with a high stroke high comretion build?..

food for thought bro.

you might want to ...but if your asking this question..you might want to consider more information first man...do some investigation..talk to some shop tech's about it..see what they have to say..and read a few more books on advanced auto mechanix to help your understanding of things.
