Altima OEM wheels on Murano?

Hi guys !

I would like to know something about wheels.

For next winter, I would like to go with 17" wheels instead of 18" (18" tires are a little bit expensive)

I would have the opportunity to buy Altima OEM wheels (17" x 7.5")

I'm not sure about the offset of the wheel, I search a little bit on the net and found +45

If I go with those wheels with 255/65/17, do you think everything would be OK on my 2005 Murano?
