i think the grille looks great ;), and also, while i was reading an old road and track today (comparo between: altima, camry, accord, passat, mazda6) they said the altima was the 'hot-rod of the lil group':ylsuper , and they pulled out 15.4 sec 1/4 mile, now i dont know how they got that, and also 7.1 sec o-6o, car and driver got a 5.9 o-6o (granite that was a 5spd, but still) does road and track not powerbrake their cars??

Its just that its all Altima there. Here we ar a bit of everything. It allows you to stand out without having the best car.Im on several boards Sentra only,Altima only, corvette only and it kinda gets old after a while(IMO).So I spen most of my time here and surf the others when I need to research information and what not.

ah yes, IRP, I'd bust out 16.3-16.5's without a problem. And this thing is Auto with only I/E. Rebuilt tranny and only 84k help out. This is what a well maintained vehicle actually runs, not hi 17's.

Yeah, Altimas.net is alot better source of information for altimas than NICO is. Here is primarily 240sx and Infinity stuff. I've learned alot from altimas.net

i find too many people immature on thta site, no offense at all to anyone that goes there, i love the site as a whole, but its just the way i feel, and yes of course NICO has its immatures, but i like the smallness and personalness of NICO better, all a matter of opiniono of course

That's true, I know a few members here personally (cold_zero and repo man, along with a few others), so it's cool knowing a face behind the type, ya know. I do plan on going to an altimas.net meeting however.

I will have to disagree. When it comes to altimas and most cars for that matter, ALtimas.net is far more techinical in there talking. Most of there threads are very techinical and not immature at all..

Altiman pointed this out to me so he can further exsplain

I agree. The turbo techs and nitrous guru's there especially know their cars. All of them do the build up on their motors themselves, and there are quite a few knowlegable members there who knows about transmissions as well. If you ever had aproblem with your KA, transversly mounted or not, they would be able to help you.. I've gained alot more knowledge from there than here. But obviously, the sr20 guys here know their stuff as does Aries when it comes to nitrous.

But of course, there are members who don't know their stuff, but they usually get flamed enough that they stop posting until they learn a little more.
