altima ka24de vs. 240sx ka24de

ok maybe im off in retard land here but i need to know if the ka24de that is in an altima or various other nissans will fit into my 240sx... the motor i currently have is done the previous owner drove it for an extreemly long time without coolant so all the plastic and most of the wiring melted not to mention the warped head and so on... so if i can just swap out the engine from another nissan without having to make to make any changes to the wiring or the computer that would be great... but if i cant what would i need to change and is there a specific motor i should go with... thanks in advance for any help...

I'm not 100% but i think the block is very similar if not the same and the head is completely different. it would just stay with the 240 motor then you know you will be getting the right thing. also i would say go search the KA forum
