Altima intake cam into the 240 KA?

Hey, just read the FAQ on 240sx.org,

and well, someone posted you can pop a altima intake cam into the KA head, but a few people expressed concernt hat that wouldnt work. heres my questions:-area all KA24DE altima cams the same profiles(248?)-what year and month (I know its 91- early 93) did the 240s run the 240/248 cams (I/E)..I know the MFR date on my car, but need to know when the cut-off was for that cam profile..

I did search, from that I know you cant swap a S13 cam into an early-gen altima, but it really didnt answer my specific questions. I need more than the typeical (S13 cams were 240-248) and roate the early S13 exhaust cam 4 teeth reply, I need the info of what MFR date the cam profiles swapped(if thats known) and if I can run the altima cam in te KA(I assume not since it doesnt work the other way around)-chet
