When I [a long time age], brought my 1967 Datsun RL411 SSS in to my local dealer to have the British Borg Warner automatic transmission [Yes they did come with that option] serviced [every 2 years whether or not it needs it] the service manager keyed in my info and announced that I had a VW411, not a DATSUN! So much for Nissan software upbates!

We compromised on listing my 1967RL411 as a "1967 SENTRA" which was the only input that didn't screw up the software. However! The first generation of the Altima was a tarted up "deluxe version" of the JDM SENTRA BlueBird sedans, so I really should have listed my 1968RL41 as a "1967 Altima" since the 411 WAS the BlueBird in 1967!
