altima fans with Flex a lite

i have a 1990 240sx with a red top SR and i want to get rid of the fan, so i got my self some 94 Altima fans with the flex a lite fan controller but i dont know how to make it work with this type of controller. ive seen others threads on how to wire them up but they all show the set up to be wired up on high all the time and i dont wanna do that. does anyone kno how to make these two work?
