altima fans plug

ok Im wiring up the second fan on my dual electric fans from an altima. the first one is already hooked up. The plug I have has 4 wires(duh). I know the solid black is a ground,but theres also a white with blue stripe, white with red stripe, and white with black stripe. can anyone tell me which is the other ground wire?
