Altima Fan ?

I cant find an answer to this question. Iv searched with an end of no results. This is going to be a dead post after its answered so I apologize now. OK question is, with the Altima fans people say 93-97. Is there a reason that you can not go with 98-01. It has more fan blades than the other (which I take is better), they are black (which I like). They look the same to me. I just can't find anyone saying they used them. here is the difference

i used that fan setup. mine came out of a 99, works great, never had use to run both fans and i live in new orleans so you know it gets hot. in the photo you can see its just slightly larger than my new radiator, so be ready to cut it up a bit.

don't bother with altima fans, get a ford taurus fan, 3.8L i think, it has two speed settings and is a single fan that blows 1500cfm... a lot better then the altima fans

^^^ thats what im using. old 4 wheeler trick. you have hi speed, and crack speed.OP, one reason is becouse the other years havew a ka, and are plentiful in junk yards. there is no reason you couldnt use the ones you have

thanks for all the advice. i read about the taurus fan. that things a beast. i read an article on how they perform better than the altima fans. but theoretically wouldnt a dual fan setup work better because there is at least a fan covering the entire surface of the rad. where the taurus has on big fan that covers half.
