Is this a DIRECT bolt up like the 240 oem elec fan..?? I saw the pic of the altima fan and i see that it has the two tabs on the bottom where it DROPS into place at the bottom of the radiator and i also see the two top brackets where it bolts to the radiator direct. This looks identical to how the stock electric fan works on the 240... only difference is the 240 one is a single fan where the altima is a dual.... But the brackets look identical. My question is will this altima fan setup drop into the 240 radiator the same way without any modifications other than wiring....?? Could it be that simple..??

My FAL dual 12's just crapped out on me and i need a new set of 12's... SO its either another set or these altima ones' or a set of SPAL 12's....

no it i s not a bolt up. there is cutting involved. The wiring is different. Search it and find out the colors. It's been a while since I put in my altima fans and I did post up the color for high and low a long time ago.

Well if there is cutting involved then i might as well get a new set of 12 inch SPAL's.. At least i know they out flow the FAL's ( 3260 cfm's ) and they have LESS material to them which should help eliminate hwy air flow restriction..

There is minimal cutting. Nothing that a good scissors will do.All cars are different so maybe yours dont need too much trimming. In my installation I only had to trim like 1/8 at the sides and slightly bend an AC line. For the price~performance ratio....there is no comparison.
