altima engine into stanza?

alright well my dads stanza just passed the 200k mark and the timing chain is screwed, and the "japanese auto center" is tryin to ask for 900 dollars to fix it (bs). rather than spend that much money fixing that old one i was planning on getting a new ka24e for much cheaper, but then i started thinking an altime ka24de would be cooler to put in have a little more hp and more part availability so would the ka24de go in as easily as the e? this is my first post
