'08 Coupe 3.5 CVT is 0-60 in 6.4 and 1/4 in 14.8

Numbers above will fluctuate obviously. The '07 Sentra SE-R Sepc-V will beat the 2.5 equipped Coupe as it has 200hp and is probably lighter.

why did they give the sentra so much powers. and so little/less for the 2.5?

They had to give the Sentra 200HP to compete with the Civic SI... I know of a Sentra SE-R that beat a G35 in a head up race... of course many factors could sway that, and I don't think 9/10 times that would happen, but again, it goes to show just how quick the 2007 Sentra SE-R is!
