I just gave the rear springs to the shop this week. I dropped off a spring from the coupe, and one from the sedan. Although they look the same, the coupe spring rate is much stiffer.

I should be getting the spring rates sometime this week. It looks like I will be able to cut the sedan springs for about a 1.2 to 1.5 inch drop, and keep the same spring rate of the uncut coupe spring...that's the goal anyway...same spring rate, just lower (and not stiffer)...I will know more soon and keep you posted.

The front springs aren't available yet...they are on back order. I have ordered the 2.5 sedan fronts and a coupe front spring to get both spring rates and see which is a better way go on the front end.

I am looking into the option of having springs custom made, with the specific spring rates and drop I want, and also having some custom bilstein shocks made, wtih valving to my specifications also....why? Cause I'm obsessive like that and I love doing it...yeah, could buy Ibochs...but this is just more fun and much more custom to what I really want.
