Altima Coupe Sound System

I am having problems with my sound system. I have two 12" CVR kickers and an P800.2 Rocksford Fosgate amplifier. When I turn my car on, sometimes my subwoofers bass extra hard, and sometimes when I turn my car on, my subwoofers bass lower than usual, and sometimes when I turn my car on, my subwoofers are not on at all. This happens randomly at times, and I have no idea what was wrong! I thought the problem was that my wire for my amplifier was too small (8guage), but I recently upgraded the wiring kit to a 4 gauge and it's still having problems.

I do not touch the gains or freq on the amplifier. I also do not adjust the bass configurations on the head unit, and it still manages to give different "bass power" at random times. Someone help please! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
