Altima Coupe Seats...Views, like or dislike?

Im planning on getting the ALtima 3.5 Coupe. But i dont think il be getting the leather package. The leather and the cloth has the same style, but from the looks of it, its not very sporty (from what i remember..) Does any one have some good views on it, and pictures? Im planning on getting a white one, white black interior...ONLY CANADA offers black interiors in light colored cars HAHA sorry america :P

Leather is nice - more luxurious and easier to clean. However, black leather and extreme heat don't go well together. That being said, I'd prefer leather over regular fabric.

The seats from a sporty stand point are ok. The seems to give me enough space and comfort and keep me in place well. They could be better, but it seems the coupe found a good balance of comfort and support.

Leather is of course always nice. As a student I had to pick between leather and v6, which of course I had to get the v6. The cloth interior was nice as well, but leather is a whole new game.

You should sit in both. I didn't like the cloth seats much, but found the leather very comfortable. If you go to Brasso or Stadium, they have a bunch of coupes sitting out on their lots right now with different interiors so I'd recommend looking at them in person. The 2.5S test drive coupe at Sunridge has a black cloth interior, and the other dealerships have leather interiors in their testers I think.

Oh yeah and btw, it took me about 3 weeks to get used to the seat it used to bother my back but now its perfect.

Get a good window tint, and the black interior won't be a problem.....and your car will look better.

I have the 08 Coupe 3.5SE with leathe seats. (It just came with it).

Generally, I find the seats very comfortable.

there is a couple of issues, howver, which I am getting the dealer to fix.

1) the driver seat, tends to slightly loose, so it rocks when you accclerate or brake.

2) The passenger seat, even with an adult sitting on it....if you tilt the seat back some what back, the "airbag not no" light will go on.

If anyone else experience these problems, please post

I don't have a problem with the driver seat, but I do however have the airbag warning light issue. Your noticing this happening when the position of the seat is changed?

Haha, that's the way I think too but good luck with that; unless you aren't picky about interior/exterior color/type, cvt/6mt etc, then you MIGHT have a shot A 3.5 with cloth interior would most likely have to be ordered because I haven't seen one at any of the dealerships before. They usually only get in the 3.5 with CVT and the premium package, but I'm pretty sure all of those are sold anyway.

I ordered mine beginning of Aug and it won't arrive until Nov (3 month wait). I know Lanaya has waited quite a while for hers also. There's a high demand and not much supply coming in each month. It sucks, but the car is worth it.

The passenger side warning light? I noticed that if I have stuff in the seat, it shows that it's off. But after looking in the manual, it's supposed to do that.

If you aren't picky, the dealer's right, you might be able to get one quick. When I ordered mine, they called around and there was only one available somewhere else with 6mt and premium but it was in a color I didn't want... I could have had that one right away (prob take a week to ship it in) but I wanted the blue so I had to wait.

AFTER FINDING OUT that WHITE only come if u buy PREMIUM im getting premium now...was planning on importing one from the states...save about 5grand or 9grand if i didnt buy leather. But i guess il spend that lil bit and not make a head ache out of importing...

Yeah, it seems like the lower back of the seat is too hard... I've tried adjusting the lumbar support, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I guess I'll just have to get used to it.

I just purchased a black Altima 2.5 Coupe, SuperBlack with Charcoal leather interior. I'm not a big fan of leather and initially wanted cloth, but it wasn't available.

The black leather is growning on me. I find it very sporty and comfortable.
