Sorry to jack your thread, but what kind of wax did you use? I had a plastic trash can fall and hit my rear quarter panel and it left a scratch that was about 3 inches long. It only appeared to be plastic but i have tried a few types of wax and can not seem to get it out. I am pissed none the less!LongBeachCoupe wrote:OLDBRIDGE FTL! Manalapan 2000 HS grad here..
Hey man you would be suprised what an orbital can fix... I had a tree branch fall on my hood, it was a scratch roughly a foot long in a straight line, and then it made a 90 degree angle and was scratched for another 5 inches or so... 5 minutes with an orbital and you cant find it.. on a BLACK CAR
For your black paint, try Meguiars NXT wax. If that doesn't fix it, try some rubbing compound.Scott21384 wrote:
