Why would they work a exhaust for a Honda Fit and not a Altima Coupe..

now thats messed up. i think im just gonna a custom exhaust. GReddy just lost a customer for the stupid decisions they made.

Don't be so ignorant, it's not a stupid decision. There's just more demand for the Honda Fit, in Japan and the US too. Our cars aren't offered in Japan, that's one of my main reasons why we don't have that much demand. At least Greddy R&D on our cars, other companies don't even bother.

Obviosly you have a lot more to learn.

Complaining on here doesn't solve anything. Why not go call them?

You can hear it on my cardomain. I made it using a Flip, so don't expect THX. Bottom of the pagehttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/3125448/3

I'm going to stick with Tanabe and just get the Y pipe once available.

*edit* this is the axle back. If Tanabe has a full cat, this won't apply.

Hey AltimaGuy, Im definitely thinking about getting the Tanabe..... do you still like the sond after having it for a while? Is it louder than stock? Is there cabin noise?

I can answer some of your questions since I had the Tanabe. Yes, it is louder than stock. It has a very minimal cabin noise compared to other exhaust like Stillen and GReddy.

Thanks for the info Loop....

I got an email back from Greddy this afternoon:

Quote »Thanks for your interests in GReddy products.

We have prototyped a SE system for the Altima coupe. It is now in production and should be out fairly soon. Once it is released we will normally post it on our homepage under the New Product Additions list at http://www.greddy.com

Thanks for your email.[/quote]I sent a reply asking for more info such as what type it is and for what engines....

Pretty much what Loop said. It's also lighter (albeit slightly) than stock and all in all I can say it's a quality product.

I posted a link to a sound clip for you in some other thread.

I'm thinking about getting the same as you since the greddy is taking soo long. could it be possible for you to make a video but farther away and then launching the car. yours is a little too close the exhaust and that never happens in real life

I'd do it for about anyone else on the forum, however, I find you annoying and pretentious - in both your replies to me and others.

I don't think it would mesh well with your future all wheel drive anyway.

Best I could do on short notice. Tried to mix in some cabin noise, with and without WOT. The audio on Flips isn't all that great.

Sounds great! It will be more amazing when you add other exhaust components.

At the moment they don't have these in production, but possibly in the future. It is a custom exhaust for now. Best way to contact them is by phone. Very cool people to talk too.
