Hi I was wondering if anyone had front bumper air spoiler installed on their car (black Piece install under your front bumper). I always wonder how will that piece look with the Stillen Fascia. I think it will give the car a lot more lowered feel. but expect speed bump scrape and constant replacement. What you guys think. Oh and! ... any word on stillen making a Lip for the Stillen Fascia? :yesnod

Air spoiler meaning... a lip? a tube for an intake?

Lol definitely not a front lip. Or anything related to intake or engine compartment. Its a black plastic piece thats about the said length as a front lip.. But go under the lip/bumper in a vertical way.. air spoiler might not be the proper term.. But I cant think of another term for it haha

I have the stillen splitter installed on a black coupe without the turnbuckle brackets. It screws in from the bottom and sturdy enough that I have not needed the turnbuckle brackets. I like the flat black contrast under the factory black paint on the car. It gives it a lower front look but I am still able park without hitting the parking lot space curb things.

Do you have stock bumper or aftermarket.. And overall how you liked the splitter/air lip...

I have it on the stock bumper, black car. I like the look. Easy to put on but I would suggest using longer screws than what they give you if you don't plan to use the turnbuckels.

hmm... why do I have a feeling he's not talking about the splitter?

a black piece the length of a lip, attached vertically under the bumper...

Is he talking about that mudflat thingy that corvettes have on the bottom?

http://www.google.com/imgres?q=corvette ... =102&ty=76

because I don't think a splitter really makes your car looks lower... you would have to get a drop

heres another example on a civic...

is this what you were referring to? lol :gotme

You can do the same thing for cheap by getting the rubber bottom piece that's supposed to be used for a garage door at Home Depot.. dubbed the "garage door lip" by most of the Honda guys I knew that had it. It's pretty popular around all cars now, though.

Just a few examples.. I'm probably gonna do it on my A/C soon, too.

My roommate made his own for his Mazdaspeed6. You can go to Home Depot and buy some weather stripping. Cut to suit the length required. Here's what it looks like on an Evo:

Eagerly awaiting your pics. :P I'm curious as to how it'd come out, but I'm still tempted by the Stillen lip kit.
