When I orderd the set I was skeptical of the quality as well.i don't have a lot of background with projectors to compare with anything though.I'll try to cover as many areas as I can.as far as build goes, the thing was put together well.the housing with the projector is all metal, aluminum I think, with a plastic piece to mount to the bumper.i did take a quick glance at how to change the bulb but did not see any way to do it.the projector is protected by glass front.which is real glass. Not plastic. Any other areas I didn't cover just askHussain wrote:I was thinking about projector fog lights. I'm not a fan of the halo part in the fog lights but I want projector fog lights. I'm thinking about redoing my headlights and this time putting dual projectors and having projector fog lights with the cut-off being the same. what kind of bulbs are used and hows the quality of the fog light? I mean for $45 I'm not expecting the best thing in the world but I've gotten some pretty good quality stuff from ebay for dirt cheap... for $45 each set, I might just buy 3 sets and use 2 of the sets for my projector headlight retrofit.
I am only blind in my right eye, if it was my left eye i wouldnt have a drivers license in Colorado. Thanks for the info on the fogs.QR25DE wrote:No offense, more curiosity, but you are allowed to drive when you are blind in one eye? Here I don't think you would even pass to get a license. How do you judge depth etc. Just curious.
Factory fogs = way easier install. Should be able to use the OEM wires and modify to make them work with the halo fogs. Depending on how you wire it, may have to put in another switch for the halos.
